I played through it quickly and didn't notice any differences. So I did a diff on a couple of the script files. There are updates, but they appear to be very small and mostly around image usage. I didn't see any content updates. The size of the entire uncompressed directory is within a MB of v3. Skip it.

I can confirm this is probably v4, it have 3 more pictures and a lot of script corrections.

Slow in that it's taken him 2 years to get to this point and will take probably 2 more years to finish.
And the only other game he finished was Overwhored, which took him 4 bloody years to finish on something that should only take 1. And it was meh at best.
And that's another one of his problems. This was supposed to be an "in-between" project between Overwhored and his next project. 2 years later, he's half finished this and his next project is a sequel to this.
The reason it takes so long is he bogs down his game with frivolous crap, he adds in voice acting even though it'd be quicker not to.
What this guy produces might be good but Jesus does he need to manage his time better.
