Different game. This is a link for Ouma ga Toki 2. The Ci-en post is for his latest WIP, "Hen'yoku no shinōpe" (片翼のシノーペ)
A thread already exists for a TL request on Ouma ga Toki 2 - sadly unfulfilled as of writing.
It's good though - as is everything produced by Tsuyuta Kome - so I still recommend it. I just use MTool - works well enough since it's fully voiced so you can still at least hear what's said to make sense of the MTL.
