I've never played any of the Dark Souls games, nor similar hardcore fighting games, but even those look less frustrating than trying to play this.
Keyboard layout makes no sense to me.
Q for blocking which apparently hold block isn't a thing and have to tap Q multiple times just to block.
Takes three business days to swing your sword again, meanwhile getting combo slapped by the first dude.
I was spending more time fighting the damn camera.

Getting swarmed by a shitload of enemies in Doom Eternal without dying was more manageable than trying to fight in this.

Yes indeed, it does become easier though I'm still not a fan of the camera lock, or the game remaining locked on a dead opponent when you're facing two.


I did get the ending, however most the outfits are still locked and no idea how to unlock them.
I did see three links after beating the game which I guess is where you get them.
Which makes no sense to me if the missing outfits are displayed in the game as a unlockable.... but require a link?

Spawning you in with a boss fight that attacks and has range attacks that go through rocks with Jank that makes it impossible to dodge really is so much fun really gotta enjoy this souls like experience where instead of gooning im crying. Its literally impossible to dodge and god it makes 0 sense for the boss to be able to attack and then block in a milisecond your literally just fucked.

Update. Im not even shitting you my frames went up when I set it to ultra and it went down when I set it to low. This is game of the goon right here. If the dev ever makes another game im begging he learns how to fix this

By default it run on integrated graphic. Choose in NVIDIA control panel the proper graphic card.
Also be carefull, this game hanged my 4090, 2 times. I needed to restart laptop for fix it.

You mean the Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings. And select the GPU in the Graphics Performance Preference choosing.

Game has Unity Engine with DX11 - it's okay, but...
Textures are oversized, example sky is 16k.
Main graphics problems are:
Texture Size, Meshes, Terrain Draw Distance, Shadow Quality, Object Quality, Volume Fog - these aren't optimized.

The developer recommended AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT.

You can safely ignore those minimum requirements. I only have a Ryzen 3600X and a Geforce 2070 Super and it runs a solid 60 FPS (which I set as cap) without a hitch at Ultra settings.

RX580 8gb in ultra, do not kid yourself, even on my 5090 doesn't run on Ultra.

Saw some people are struggling at the start of the game, so I’ll just drop that in the menu you open with 'TAB,' one of the options lets you change your attribute points, and you get a bunch of points for free right at the beginning. The game lost some of the scene variety compared to the previous one to focus on variations of scenes when you lose, so the same enemy has like 5 to 8 pretty weak variations since they only change small details but stay in the same position, like a Kama Sutra thing, lol.
As for the graphics, thanks to the scare you guys gave me, I went straight to using Lossless Scaling with the resolution at 720p upscaled to 1080p. This was on a laptop with a 2060 on ultra settings. But this game is poorly optimized, so I recommend medium or high quality because it doesn’t change much in gameplay. The game ran smoothly on ultra with some occasional drops but never went below 43 fps. On high, it stayed locked at 75 fps for me.
For those who want to play but are on the fence because of the comments here, if your computer is a potato, forget it—it won’t run. If it’s around the level of my laptop, it’ll run, and you can have your fun. If it’s better, I’ll just say one thing: Unreal Engine in the hands of lazy devs will be poorly optimized no matter your specs.

a bunch of animations with low tier gameplay. one game was even shamelessly made after Wang Yuanji from dynasty warriors

If you played one, you played them all. If you've seen the sex animations from one, you aren't seeing much new added.

If i set a "game mode" to the fan, at low setting i get 40-60fps at 1080p not mention the odd delay change animation of some 1 that let hard to see the animation combat fluid. All thing from this game is not optimized... maybe just the mc girl. Even the counter isn´t not working. If you play with gamepad sometime doesn´t even let you move the menu and it´s is a nightmare to set the skill point with a gamepad.

This was made for unity and not from UE. Set the most of point on str, sometime on hp a little on hp regen.
