I wish I could have done a collab with Huitieme, he has such good story telling. But sadly he has other things to do. And as I respect his work a lot, I'm not going to steal any of his characters, even if I laughed a lot about Warscared's scenario. That could have been fun, but it also means the vinland expedition got lost in the sea for about 50 years to match the time of SnowStorm... I'm not sure you will enjoy Freydis' looks now

It is not like there isn't a time travel going on in the setting. She could been transported 50 years in the future and become a thrall for the BB...

The game is good so far. Though I wonder what'll happen when your LI from Sandstorm appears and mets your new LI.

Cool concept but I hope they're supposed to speak Middle English (1200-onwards) because Old English would be unintelligible for the MC.

Just finished the game on White Wolfes Path. It is really great. Amazing renders with terrific views, I mean not only girls, but landscapes as well, the game has really hilarious humor moments as well.
And Astrja, well, she is really great, deservedly main Li on WW path. Like her very much.

As for MC, well, I hope he eventually will do smth heroic for a change. I mean, he is from future after all, even if he is not a genius in his time, he sure knows how to do some simple things that can be handy, like, I dunno, molotov cocktail or potato gun hahah. On white wolfes path so far he only has been heroically crying like a baby after getting a scratch on a hand while fighting outcats, shameless))) (but it was funny)

Oh, and poor Helga and her mother, really hope Sigerk will get what he deserves.

You have to try the BB path then. Might like what the MC does there.

Personally, I do exactly this. I have 9, 3 for each clan (so one for each major girl in all of the clans).

Picking up Sandstorm after this game is like a night and day difference.
The dev improved so much with SnowStorm it really needs to be commended.
Sandstorm is so cringe to get through

I just want to know the events leading up to the MC travelling back to the 11th century but the dialogue is so groan inducing and every character so far is annoying.
Really makes me wonder what the MC is trying to get back to the present for

Sandstorm always kind of struck me as practice for something better. You have to learn somehow. There has been marked improvement in this game so here's hoping it gets better as time goes on. If you don't want to finish Sandstorm you don't really have to. All that really happens is he jumps through a portal. There are a number of reasons he chooses to do that, but in every scenario there is a girl involved. That might be the only detail that is applicable to your playthrough.

Well, to be fair, other than Maddie they are all college kids on vacation, and Maddie isn't all that much older than the rest. So take three freshmen at a university and maybe someone in her mid-20s who recently returned from military deployment and think about how they talk. Mix that with a dev whose native language isn't English, and I don't think the dialogue is all that ridiculous. They were all immature for various reasons, and they grew a lot during the course of the game.

I've seen far, far worse in a large number of games. And, of course, as you said, the dev has improved considerably since then.

Seems the proofreading/translating got a hell of a lot better. Not only has the English got better but the Icelandic/Nordic isn't half bad either
