For me both, slightly biased towards character. If I was going for only the looks, probably Nox, Yulla, Candrid and Mathilda would be higher ranks. Though, none near to Astrid neither looks-wise nor character.

Its mix tbh .I like Sonja's characters but not a fan of too muscular girls. Else she would be on A or even S. Candice and nox both have looks(ravecious) and character i like(both are ambitious and self driven).

there is still the half sisters throuple and you can fuck aroundHarem is exclusive to Candrid path. If you go for Candrid then you can collect all the available girls as side pieces, starting with Yulla. AFAIK, a general harem was never promised and also you can't have main LIs in a harem. If you think about it makes sense though, half of the girls hate other half. So no lie.
in my WW gamepath i am so aiming at Astraja and Astrid and i already boned Lizgard
also it was not yet presented in the BB path but you can also collect Mathilda and maybe even katja
so technically you can indeed have combined LI´s! Candrid seems very amenable into sharing... except power!

I dunno how this triangle will be resolved in future updates (and will it be) but I am sure hyped about it.
Probable alternative (bad) version: Astrja and Astrid, after finding out about MC messing with both of them, will ask carpenter to add another horn to a rocking horse (another place), they will put MC on a horse (on a horn) and tie him up.... and start rocking the horse. The end...

I am also on their path, though I have around million saves, when I noticed we may a chance to get throuple with them I was genuinely happy about it.Your's is not that bad either

I played all the paths, I mean all of them from the beginning to each endings but when it comes to talk about Sandstorm LIs, I don't even consider to say Sandstorm LIs, I just say Rion.btw, in my case it would be Maddie
But if I had to choose right now I would go with Astrja and Astrid, mostly because I played Sandstorm long ago and memories about Maddie faded away a bit.

Yeah, I also wait for Steam release. I am not sure I play from there but I need to pay my fair share to a game that I thoroughly enjoyed. Hopefully soon. My biggest problem with Maddie was the fact she lied about everything and put everyone in danger willingly. She might not know the whole plot but she knew the mission was fatally dangerous yet she tricked her friends. Her ending quite nice tbh but how you reach there is repulsive for me. Though I don't dislike her character, all 3 LIs had major flaws in that regard. So.....
I am not sure which one I would choose Rion or Astrja but I am pretty sure I will choose Astrid over Rion. I would choose Rion over Yrsa and Lizgard but slightly. For others, it's clear win for Rion to me.
Btw, I am still hoping for another Lizgard singing Geordie level scene. We had singing scene with her, even had 2 options, yet it did not have the magical effect on me.

I've being playing all the paths on this one as well. I went for Maddy in Sandstorm, but Rion was fine too, I wasn't really keen on any options. I went Maddie too (was just over the childhood friend at the time, so decided to put her firmly in the friendzone). And wasn't disappointed with my choice. Pretty sure you're the only person I've ever seen that didn't go Rion.
