There are several western mods but only one seems to be available here. Anyone managed to get one of the others ? For example the one that has Cory as the mother/eugene

Yeah you are right but these other versions of western mod that are or were available on these various chinese websites were versions of the mod for much older so earlier versions of SOB, and the one available here is the only one most "fresh" of them which was made for game version 0.29.
