His animations and female models are really good, but the girls look so fucking miserable during sex I just can't find them fappable. A common problem in JAVs in general, honestly.
I mean... half of the games on the site, or maybe among all adult games in general, are based around the humiliation, degradation and corruption of one of the sexes. This might just be an extension of that, making those who enjoy the above mentioned genres get turned on by the girl having to put up with an ugly old bastard as their sex partner.
I was wondering about the photo-realism as well. If this is actually animated, I suspect this game dev might get themselves snapped up by a professional game design company; the artwork is deep in the uncanny valley...

I don't think he meant that creepyness of uncanny valley (which I personally do not see here) but the creepyness of the guy as such.
... or basically anywhere else. Today's 60 year olds already know video games from their youth, so why shouldn't they continue?
There are tons of 50+ year olds on here, and I know a few 60+ as well, who also are pretty active. So not funny but reality.
