RPGM - Completed - Sol Rui -after mini- [Steam] [Enokippu]

Probably one of the best H RPGM game around, probably only behind Karyn's Prison.

An actual game that cleverly uses RPGM mechanic to create challenging gameplay withnout necessarily being repetitive or grindy like LOQO.

The art might seems subpar but the fact that it is animated really gives it edge over the other game, not to mention we actually can change the MC appearance and clothings.

Personally while I'm not a fan of the monster or the more extreme content, the bunny club is a really great piece of content.

The downside would be that the actual combat mechanic is kinda janky.

And based on how good the goblin cave mechanic is, I do feel that the developper missed an opportunity to create an exhibitionist floor with the MC trying to avoid getting caught.

All in all very good game, definitely recommended.

After the FPS fixes are applied, this is one of the best in the hypnosis and corruption genre. It was short (3-4 hour) game that offered a plethora of kinks and animations. This type of standing image was something I've never seen before and I hope to see it in future games as well.

This game is simply the best in his genre (corruption / mind control when playing the character under the mind control).
Good corruption who should always be slow in this type of game (but rarely in fact)

One of the best H-games out there. I had to quit the first time because the horror elements were too much for me, but I tried again and I am glad I finished through the second time because I would've regretted it. This is a great corruption game with good corruption pacing, amazing high quality sex animations, the game was straight-forward and void of any bizarre or complicated puzzles, and a good variety of gameplay. My only nitpick is that the game could have been much longer (I finished within 2 hours), and there could have been a better story (true end doesn't feel that different than the normal end). If the developer plans to further expand the Sol Rui universe or plans to release games in this style, I will be looking forward to future releases.

I don't usually give a rating but this game is great. Highly reccomended for anyone who's into corruption games. The animated standing image is perfecly implemented and should be used in many more other games.

top tier. Good story, multiple endings, animated sprites, hypnosis and corruption, variety of gameplay styles in the different rooms, a nice struggle mechanic and arousal gauge - only complaint is that it isn't infinitely longer

This is the perfect corruption hypnosis game, where it involves the girl going through various scenarios and if you fail them she gets more corrupted until she becomes a slave to the tentacle boss enemy.

4 scenarios: stealth your way through a goblin cave, high school horror, rpg adventure, and bunny girl server in a bar. The goblin cave is the weakest but the other three make up for it immensely.

Definitely worth playing if corruption is your thing

Excellent game.
This game have 4 main areas very different in term of gameplay and H content, which make the overall game very interesting.
The CG are really good, the 3D animation looks like anime which is great. There is a lot of scenes to unlock.

well. the game is not perfect by any means, yet imo it's 5/5 due to the quality and uniqueness of game.

basically you will have 4-5 illusion worlds you have to conquer. the first 1-2 has some creativity to it. (first is about school, 2nd you area bunny girl/prostitute) the 3rd is extremely basic turn based combat exploration roguelike with choices for routes. (basically "slay the spire" alpha version)

and the 4th door is completely out of any creativity. only 2-3lewd scenes, a bit of a stealth game against goblins. very disappointing.

just for room3-4s i should give it overall rating 4, but despite how low effort those rooms are (especially 4... room3 is passable as a game even if it's extremely basic) the live animated figurine and overall feeling of the game is such high quality that it probably still deserves 5/5. (but if this game only contained room 3-4 without room 1-2 then the overall rating would be like 1/5 or 2/5)

this is the least deserved 5/5 i've given but it's better than 4 from the quality of animation and i liked the story too. game is probably like 5-8h to play through, maybe even less if you just want to speedrun it.

game includes a full save, with a more-or-less gallery endpoint. (best school scenes are not in gallery, you have to play through story)

lots of rape and groping and mind control. but mind control is a bit of a choice, you have to really fail some QTEs(quick time events) to get mind controlled. but imo it's very easy. maybe too easy.

Easily one of the best porn games I have ever played. The art is amazing, it has choices for sex scenes and other things. The corruption mechanic is hot and more.

Every female protagonist porn game should aspire to be like this one. Also live 2d is the future of porn games.

Such an amazing game! I think the only thing this game needs is voices and it would be my most favorite game! The text, use of the live 2D, and the enemies! All perfect! I seriously recommend trying this game out without downloading a save file, really nice!

This is the first game that ends up making me 'finish' before actually wanting to be done (Guess I'm weak )

Even though I don't like the character design that much, it has great gameplay and good animation. The performance isn't that great but you can turn off blend mode by disabling script 14. The fan made translation is quite bugged like hair choices are filled with text that don't belong there. It is also not very comprehensible because it mixes the pronouns up and occasionally just don't make any sense at all. But nonetheless, great effort making this master piece accessible.

This is a very high quality game. The animations are really really good. The gameplay element of this game is also top tier. I don't know how they have managed to pull this off but they did an excellent job at it. Now the story and sex part was also great but I didn't quite like it. I just went for the gameplay. The way it handled sex was good but maybe it just wasn't my taste. I like to have build ups on sex. But this is like, screw up the gameplay and get fucked.

Top tier for RPGM if you're into its fetishes. Mind control / hypnosis might be the main component of the story, but there's plenty of other fetishes that get their time to shine. Other comments exaggerate how short it is in my opinion, there's plenty of scenes to seek out that give it a decent overall length, without requiring a second playthrough.

The Live2D is fantastic, it feels like an iteration 10 steps down the line, not one of the first takes I've seen on it in a game like this. Might take some getting used to the kinda awkward idling, but the dev made sure to add a lot of specific interactions to make the most use of it and I'm super impressed.

Text has some problems, it usually isn't obvious it's MTL, but definitely takes you out of it from time to time. There's occasional buggy text in menus without proper formatting. It feels like they tried to show corruption leaking into dialogue, but halfassed it due to the limitations of RPGM. It's a fun gimmick for this exact genre that didn't get used well.

Last mention is it does a good job working in the "die to get porn" thing a lot of people hate. It's baked into the story to lose and get teleported to the main room and continue from where you were, slowly getting further / stronger and more corrupted. You may have to purposefully die to access a scene you would miss, but it feels like part of the story and not just forcing yourself into a game over.

I want more games with this quality or better of Live2D "sprites", and more games with this level of mind control corruption. This game hitting both was a treat.

RPGM games aren't usually good, but there are exceptions.

The main problem with most RPGM games is that artists use them as a vehicle for their art rather than as a chance to make interesting gameplay. The worst offenders don't even bother engaging with RPGM's built-in battle system, shunting it away in favor of turning RPGM into a tedious VN.

Thankfully, Sol/Rui -After Mini- does better than that on a number of fronts.

Firstly, there's gameplay. My usual complaints about RPGM gameplay being outdated still apply here, but the ways that RPGM was used here were decently thought out.

Your character is trapped in a demon's pocket dimension and must beat four separate erotic scenarios, each with their own primary gameplay feature. While most of them basically amount to intelligent map navigation or quick-time events, the minor differences help to appropriately set their individual tones. Horror school, sci-fi bunny lounge, fantasy forest, and goblin caves... well, okay, those last two aren't particularly well-differentiated scenarios, but they do at least have different gameplay styles to them.

Speaking of variety, special mention goes to the animated paper doll animations, which are certainly a step above the typical stillframe CGs of the aforementioned bad RPGM games. Each scene or Game Over rape is well set-up and executed, and I enjoyed myself through about 80% of the content.

While it isn't perfect, this is up there as one of the better RPGM games for good reason, and it is certainly worth taking a look at if you're into mind control and corruption. Great work.

Outstanding visuals matched with medoicre story. The 4 stars are almost entirely for the visual and engine aspect of the game. A live2d standing image game with gameplay of harrassment is an absolute goldmine.

The game's shortcoming is its story, with the main character staying largely the same across the game and corruption level.

There is so much lost potential in the possible events and flavor text this game could have had, but instead you get the same text for events even if its being triggered the second time or in a corrupted state.

Yes you get some additional content after being corrupted to a certain extent, but the amount is a pittance compared to what it could have been, and it's a shame that the amazing engine and visuals were not leveraged more.

Still worth a play! Just know that a potato laptop/pc will stutter in the 1st door during the chases.

First of all don't LET THE NAME FOOL YOU this game is not EXTREMELY short. The "-after mini-" is kind of misleading, and this is more of a proper sequel to their first game Sol-Rui/Soul Rui. The game is extremely good/made with passion but the only thing that brings the score down to 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the M T L. Don't get me wrong the translation is not garbage like 95% of MTL in this site, but it's still not properly fully edited MTL and the M T L tarnishes the quality of this game. It's fully understandable but it's like you're talking to a brain damaged relative/loved one, it's like you knew what they used to be and now they are speaking like a cave man.. So that aspect is quite sad and I wish this game would get a proper translation in order to push it to 5/5-10/10. I'm still thankful to the one who MTL and edited this game because he made sure there will be no game breaking stuff that is caused by his MTL and the game is understandable enough to know the general gist of the plot. Without his MTL then I might not have been able to play this game.

Let's talk about the first game/prequel of this game. THAT game is extremely bad/mediocre and did not age well (2013 H game), my expectations were sent lower than the Mariana trench because I played that game before this one and I was wondering how this game kept getting extremely high scores, yet the prequel of this game is pretty mediocre. One good thing that came out of me playing the prequel (the PREQUEL HAS PROPER FAN TRANSLATION!) is that I came to appreciate the development of the protagonist even more thus this game is a lot better if you've played the shitty prequel. The developers (enokippu) usually make unique and extremely well-made H games but it seems their first game (Soul Rui) missed the mark (I played all their games and liked them all except Soul Rui/prequel of this game).

Let's talk about the story first of all, story is about 3.5/5 it's pretty serviceable enough to excuse the H plot and it's quite coherent/respectful of the prequel lore that makes it quite enjoyable if you've played the prequel as you'll know how Rui became Soul Rui/background world lore.

Art is 5/5 their presentation and how H scenes play out are pretty great! Luckily they have tamed down the degree of ryona/brutal h scenes in this game (the developers are mostly famous for that). There are various H scene scenarios that are all fun to explore.

Gameplay 5/5, this game has the most diverse amount of gameplay that an H game can have, since the main aspect of this game is about 4 different doors with different H gameplay and H scenarios/themes per door. One scenario is about a haunted school, another is a bunny girl whorehouse, another is an adventurer roguelike, last but not least is a goblin-slayer inspired theme. This game is basically an H game theme park. The game has multiple endings (several bad ends, good ending, and a true ending). It took me 4 hours and 4 minutes in order to get true ending/as pure as possible ending, and 5 hours and 44 minutes in order to experience all the H elements of this game.

TLDR: Try the game it's definitely deserving of being in a TOP 10 best H-games list. Only downside is the MTL (which is understandable but not fully coherent) and I wish this game would get a proper translation someday.

P.S. Normal Ending = Best ending. True Ending is meh.

I have to say, this game was amazing. This piece is essentially 4 games packed into one, of which each game is great. The difficulties are basically just there to provide an easier corruption run or pure run which is actually pretty neat. The animations were completely fine and ran smooth on my system and I would say they were fine quality wise as well.

The only complaints I have is that I found the whole thing a bit short, and the left door (school) was a bit dragged on, but other than that an excellent game. Highly recommended!
