It's been a while, but iirc to save the "victim", you need to let Rui's endurance drop to two hearts (3 orgasms so 3% corruption at the minimum I guess - to have time 'pass' in-game), and only then can you talk to her.
Though DO correct me if I'm wrong - turned out you can actually 0% the forest door too with some insane luck and a whole lot of save-scumming, so technically I was wrong about that lol. I'm curious now.

My bad dude, didn't know you were trying to keep it at 0%! I'm sure there's a way to do it though, but I don't know it

In this game is probably harder to win at 90% corruption, you start the final fight with huge debuffs, anything more than that and its an instaloss

Basically it's just a 'do you have pity for the evil creature that put you in this situation'

If there's any more details to the ending beyond that (on the heroine's side?) I've forgotten them.

well in my mind at least, if the game is good enough(moreso the porn in the game) ill try and do a pure victory route just to see what the typical anime heroine/hero story would be, and to emphasize the (usual) overconfidence of the mc/ side characters. Then ill go back in with that in mind and watch how their confidence crumbles to pieces with loss after loss.
Dunno why, hits different that way.

Unless a game is long as hell, then im just usually just rushing through it to get a gallery unlock.
