Any kind of a file sharing platform will work - google drive, mega, pixeldrain, gofile etc. If its under 200mb you can quickly throw it into catbox.moe - it requres no registration and isn't tied to any of your email addresses.

I'd stick with the most recent statement which is the discord one so yeah he quit for good. Plus the game title now officially has the abandoned tag. That's enough to say the game is discontinued.
