So it seems. And it's a .json file and also seems you have to place it in the "data" folder of the game with the other maps.
The "data" folder is in the "www" folder.

Help me, I'm stuck in the investigate uncle's hotel room. I keep walking in the outside of the room, and there's no way for me to exit the room. I just stuck in the hotel room

I mean I'm constantly wandering outside the room, there's no exit. I tried interacting with everything I can but still, I'm stuck in the room.

How did you manage to go beyond the boundaries of the room?
I think you should redo the quest in the room. After entering the safe's password, the room door will unlock.

the guy who replied is right, besides, how do you get out of bounds?, so i can fix it to the next update.

I paid 5320 credits and ran directly into the elevators, then go straight to that room. After that, I found myself's outside the boundaries already (the ordere in the images is in reversed)
p/s: oh. the same room on the left side is fine, I only go beyond the boundaries if I went in the right room
