Best case scenario is when it’s finished.
This is our first time making a game like this so idk when that will be.
Your game is one of the best examples of what a hentai game should be. I usually don't play hentai games without the "corruption" tag, but your game is amazing in terms of gameplay and the beauty of the characters. I'd really like to buy it legally on Steam.

By the way, it's cool that you added unusual monsters like insects and mushrooms. They're erotic, sexy, and at the same time, they make challenging enemies.

Coming back again.

I'm not satisfied with the game at all.

Many "success" and "skill-issue" stuff are related around RNG, if you're getting lucky with the runs or not.
There's also no function to save mid game, so if you catch a bug - Game over, it's time to restart again

Dead Estate is a great example of good rogue-like in terms of balancing and RNG. You can drop the game from any point without losing progress and every run you do get stronger with knowledge and unlocking new stuff & characters.
Here? Even if you unlock new skills, you have to be lucky to be able to roll them when you begin the game.

This game has great potential but for casual people, they're not going to have fun.

Personally, I like the game's difficulty and the fact that there are no silly upgrades before the start. I like that every run is equally challenging and interesting. This game forces you to think and strategize. Of course, an easing mod could be implemented for weaker players, but only as a separate setting.

What I think is a weak mechanic right now is sex and sex buffs. Despite the x2 damage buff, sex with enemies remains highly undesirable due to the stun and the risk of taking additional damage. Plus, sex breaks armor and prevents you from farming thread.

Maybe you should add costumes that actually get stronger with each act of sex with our cute heroes? There are many options.

For example, make it so that sex actually gives armor instead of taking it. At the end of the floor, the armor would reset.
Or make it so that enemies take damage based on the number of times the girl has sex?
And add some debuffs for balance.

Honestly I do feel that is a fair critique, bugs are annoying, and while they do get patched out, it's annoying you only get light coins when you finish a floor. I do have to point out that spells exist to make up for the inconsistency in skills, and items are often game savers, so I don't really agree that the game isn't fun because of that.

I will say though, as the game is developed, it's gotten much easier. The game was like...actually damn near impossible on release and it's really only taken steps forward to be more beatable through strategy rather than dumb luck. The game isn't finished yet and likewise it's hard to finish a puzzle with only half the pieces. Despite this, I do agree it's frustrating how much progress you can lose to bugs or simply losing a run because of stupid stuff.

The reason why I'm negative about my critique is because I play a lot of different games, rogue-like genre is also one of genres that I do play on occasion (Dead Estate, Fear & Hunger, Fear & Hunger 2)

For example in this game you are rewarded for letting girls captured and rescuing them. But reward themselves in form of costumes are not worth it because if you lose one girl from your party it's most likely going to be a game over. In essence this is ryona RPG eroge when it comes to experiencing H events. You have option to experience H events but then would lose a lot of progress.

For example in Fear & Hunger 1 by the time you meet a guard, you already have a savepoint, so dying to the cleaver attack wouldn't lose you that much progress. And eventually through trial and error, you can learn to block.

In this game on second floor when you meet bug with four daggers, can easily cost you a run on a first playthrough, because his already dark red skin blends with the sand, so player can miss it, especially on red tiles. And you're afraid to experiment or test new mechanics or new stuff because: "If I'm going to try do this, am I going to get my run screwed and my time is going to be wasted?"

In my opinion if I were to balance this, I would make it that heroines are actually strong enough to be able to fend off on their own, so that you can experience more battle-fucks scenes or even allowing girls to be captured, that way, players wouldn't feel hopeless and desperate if they lose single or even two girls or balance. Alternatively introduce quality of live changes, for example: **Let one heroine use item on the other heroine.**

or blockroaches not defending heroine boxes at least.
Dude, sorry, but you definitely haven't played roguelikes. Are regular enemies making you suffer? Armored enemies are killed by breaking formation, poison, and fire. I can easily see red enemies and have no problem with them. Maybe your problem is that you just need access to the gallery and don't need to play?
