I had the same issue.
You should try to adjust the size of your girl (taller or smaller).
Poses shared here are all depending on SMA version and the height of
the girl used for that specific pose.
(My advise, when sharing girls and poses, please indicate the version
with which the model or pose was made - it helps.)
This game is far from perfect, but small issues like this, and none compatible
saves should not even exist.

That`s the point, i prefer also more natural looking women than cartoonish women with boobs bigger than their heads!
Do you have more models that you would like to share? I`m curious about that.
