Last windows install was probably a few years ago.when was your last windows reinstall? Maybe one of your drivers got fucked baadly by a windows update. If it persists after that check LatencyMon and go to a specialised forum if you get high execution times. They will know what drivers are the culprits and what to do.
I don't think drivers are fucked, every other program I have works fine, even heavy hitters like vr games and ai drawing tools such as stable diffusion works perfectly. If one of the drivers were fucked that wouldn't just affect a single porn game and I would've spotted it by now. And LatencyMon doesn't report anything bad:
