Here's how....
Using the hand tool (number 1 in keyboard) and then bringing it close ot ur body till u see a blue circle illuminates then left click and the main char grabs his dick then while you are in that state if you move your mouse while holding left click the hero moves all his body according to your mouse movements as long as you hold down left click. Also while in that state if you hold left CNTRL + left click + move your mouse you can move his dick up or down 360'o . The usage of this holding your dick is especially good if u wanna fck em analy cuz some of them are tight. Also i guess u know that with ur mouse wheel you can move ur hips back n forth but this is without the above method, just by having your dick out. Now apart from all this if u hold down shift and move ur hips with ur mouse wheel you move them faster.
Also Shift+ C or V move your hips ups or down.
That's all i know for now.
Still i dont get it if there's an option to hold their heads/ hair when you want them to blow you, if they dont want to, instead of trying to aim ur dick .

When you press 1 and you have your hand (tool) on her if you left click near her boobs/crotch/thighs for example you will see some dots glowing red if u put the hand tool near them they will become green then you left click again until they become blue that means you grabbed her clothes and holding down left click and move the hand tool you can undress them. As for video showcasing this i guess porn video sites will have one.

WEll i did put the model inside the appearence directory but this happened! any idea ?

Still i dont get it if there's an option to hold their heads/ hair when you want them to blow you, if they dont want to, instead of trying to aim ur dick .

You can hold them, with your palm out, but won't do any good about forcing a blowjob. What you can do to increase the possibility of penetrating their mouth, use your finger for a while.

I downloaded monkey for the newest version of SMA, but it does not show up in game. I've copy pasted and extracted all the needed files and nothing has worked. I got so desperate that I copy and pasted the files to numerous other folders and nothing still works. Where do I go from here??

And there is your problem, like most people have here when installing addons for this. Don't ever put things in multiple folders, in probably 90% of cases it is gonna bug out. Install once, try, doesn't work, delete, change, repeat. For monkey it is easy, just put it in the game folder, not folder named "game", the main folder where you extracted it. You will have something like D:\SMA_0.10.4e(this is the default name when autoextracting)\Bepinx when you extracted it correctly(bepinx is in the rar file ofc). Same goes for most addons, those folders you have in the rar go in the main game folder, unless specified differently usually in accompanied txt file in the rar.

This particular error means that the game has failed to extract data from the portrait.
Something like attempt to load character portrait as profile

First of all you need to enable Alternative Ratings inside better experience settings.

And then follow how to from this post. When this feature is enabled and profile was used, game will create required profile folders

I just tried it, my verdict, gameplay=>worse, you'd think having full control of the player body would get rid of most of the annoyances SMA has, but nope. Because we don't have full control over the player body.

The game supports Index, but doesn't track fingers.

The hands controls is as janky as in SMA, even though we are using our real hands.

It's SMA in VR, without the gameplay elements, but with all the negative points.
