I'm pretty sure it's just that single interviews broke with the new update and you can't access it for now.
You might be able to use a downloaded model via being in the normal mode and one of the last options in the pc should be that, not sure how it works though.
Hiring models makes no economic sense this version. In order to get any profit, she would have to accept unreasonably low salary and commission. And even if she accepted the default negotiation rates of 100 salary and 30 commission, the potential returns are still slight compared to what agencies will eventually pay.
Having a model of your own is an indulgence, and it's better to make relationships with agencies first so you have the money to burn. You won't be able to enjoy a harem, though; I've found that hiring a 2nd model will make one of them buggy when you try to exit their in-house session, and soft-lock the game. I might try testing a 3rd, but I suspect that's more indulgence you won't be able to fully enjoy.

Does anyone already discovered how the penis increases in size in this version? (Without Monkey Mod)
In the old version after a certain amount interviews/ ingame weeks passed, the player level would rise and with that the penis size would also increase, but in the new version dosent seem to have a player level anymore and after many weeks the penis size of my guy is still the same as when it started.
So not sure if its not implemented or is just much harder to make it happen.

Problem with the game has always been the confusing nature of Personality rating. And right now I think it is at its worst. this game needs a very clear way of assessing the correct personality you are after so that the player can rate it properly. F.e I can slap the girls face and the pain meter doesn't even flinch, but the moment you stick your dick in, it skyrockets. Same thing with the anger meter. Touch her fingers or face. Hell Yeah. Touch her back? She is mad af. Also horniness? wth is even going on there.
Single Interview is basically part of the main interview mode. There is a option where you can "callback" saved models, but it costs you 500 bucks.

Rzok I couldn't figure out which were the operative stats for Buffs, cause surely it couldn't just be the text field? Instead of trying that, I deleted the pleasure gain node -- with x000 I had nothing to lose. It worked, and so far haven't hit any other issues from it.
EDIT: Both nodes were re-created at the bottom of the Buffs array -- along with a lot of other data that need not go in the save file. There's still some discrepancies between My Info display and what the localized text displays. When I did try editing that, the discrepancy remained and it appeared to have no effect in session.

I can see from UE that he's using JSon memory nodes in-engine and simply serializing/deserializing those to file, and further encrypting it. This strikes me as two kinds of crazy -- the whole benefit of json is to have human-readable data preservation. If you don't need that, then there are much more efficient ways than read-write strings with the added burden of encryption/decryption. And why fill a save file with values that should be defined as constants?

Hm.. Judging by all this dancing with the drum, trying to bring the game into a playable state (as I understand it), the "puzzle" tag on the first page will not be superfluous

Sadly, the game is quite confusing. That's a positive since it has deep layers but if someone wants to have sex or bukkake her, it will be lot of trial and error. i do love the freedom of control. i don't want to use cheats(i don't mean in-game) and i don't know the in-game cheats actually work since the "activate cheats" is always unticked.

There are games with concepts like this with much more depth of character and management gameplay. So it puzzles me that Tvalle has worked so hard to include rudimentary starts in these when there's still so much work in the primary gameplay has been either left undone or actively degraded.
Yeah, considering how much of a wasteland the porn game industry is when you push aside Visual Novels and basic RPGMs, if you do have 2d or 3d games similar to this, do tell because i cannot think of any at all.
IMO, the only game that has come close to this was House Party... With much older graphics and limited in what you can do sex wise... It does have an actual story tho.
No other game has come close to having freedom in sexual positions and movement to this. Other similar games usually jump to scenes for sex... Like Slaves of Rome & Master of Seduction
Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact name of the game. But there was one in which there were aliens and you kidnapped a female boss. There, the sex was similarly free in 3D.

To lasso this discussion back into the game, this games systems of progressing changes, shifting and model generation is by far the most complex thing i have seen in any game.
I admit, to this day its still an absolute cunt to get working, but with the ol monkey mod and some patience the game could absolutely generate a bunch of beauties.
The 3d first person sandbox aspect is arguably something done before. Better? maybe.
