You have to hire the model and do in-house/agency photoshoots at the photostudio. Through that your model gains exp (if all non-optional objectives are completed) and eventually she reaches lvl 2 and lvl 3. IIRC lvl 2 unlocks (facial) expressions and lvl 3 unlocks makeover (makeup).
Personally haven't bothered as it it's just a bait feature with no meaning atm, frankly just a few more clicks to call "gameplay" imo.
To use the features once unlocked you need some expressions and makeover saved by using the phone ['3' on keyboard] and using the middle mouse button to toggle the different modes (char/clothes/pose/expression/makeup) and take a photo with LMB (left-click) which will open a prompt to save it in your documents folder.

Those levels are about doing makeovers like changing her hair color and more. While facial expression allows you to modifiy her facial "bones" to create all kinds of custom expressions. You know, like a very excited and O-shaped expression with an open mouth.
I don't know why there's even a link to his Discord, since any link from there to here will get you banned.

I forgot how to play this game. It used to start automatically when I inserted it, and I think I pressed some key. How do I do it now?
Downloaded version 20.1 and when I launch it I am just staring a the work computer screen with no popup box to actually start the game. The work computer screen just says Tvalle Some Modeling Agency. Am I missing something to actually start the new game? Previous versions all had a popup box to single interview, continue, etc.

ESC should bring up options, like settings, go to the main menu or exit.
FYI, the cheats and Single Interview are currently under construction and not available.
It's a promising game. The good things are the good female models, the juicy bodies, and the charms. There's also physics. If you manage to have sex, the pussy and anus will stretch. That's a good thing. There are dialogues and emotions. The bad things are that the author needs to do something about the problem of a flaccid penis. It takes a lot of patience to insert a penis into a pussy or anus. Then, you need to add auto-sex and detach the camera so that you can see the entire process. Even the Monkey mod doesn't help. And I really wish the author would make a reverse interact. If it was possible to spin the model into sex, then let her somehow respond to the boss, like asking for sex or something like that. And so the game is encouraging. I hope the author will correct the shortcomings.

Honestly i like the latest version even. It's pretty hard/bullshit with the money/girl's feelings management at times, but what i found works for me is: start out as poor in the alley so the weekly costs are minimal and use hump and run tactics with the girls(on some the more sensitive ones you can get an orgasm out of them without getting them angry/scared).
My only complain is that, when the time comes, is kinda difficult to play with 1 hand some automation would be appreciated
