It is a bug, just use a new monkey mod ( also helps saving before each interview and then loading from main menu again - but it is okay just having monkey mod installed ).Unfortunately, it is a bug of arousal of MC, and i believe it will be fixed in the next update.
Also even dont try to take a blowjob from girl ( even if you paid her for that ) - it is also bugged and she cant take a dick in mouth... such things bro

i wanted to fire a girl but when i try to pass time after that the game gives me this error and i cant open the tab menu anymore or interact with the laptop.
i guess the only way to get rid of hired girls is to start fresh again....

Yeah.. I hit this bug yesterday, thought I would work around it by upgrading to next base, thus you can have two girls. It's alright for a bit but then you run into two models share the same diminishing returns as one model while sending them to photo ops. (Its like they both worked) so you end up paying double wages for limited gains.... Same bug as you just posted if you try to fire a girl when you have two models as well...
Then I saw someone boasting about selling fatty girls so I did another campaign (its my third or fourth on this save) and none of them are fatty... So frustrating, might as well roll a completely new game as well at this point in time.
Just a thought, but perhaps your ratings excludes fat girls from the pool, assuming the game still works that way and the ratings effect future prospects.

Yeah, I feel because i did 2-3 other campaigns previously its seeding from my earlier pools, would need to start adjusting all ratings of each girl to coincide with a fat gene pool to start selling them but just a bit to much work... I don't like cheating to much and like finding this stuff out but I feel so much is still building off the old game and code that a lot is going to be trial and error

Anyone know how to make the Monkey menu bigger? At 4096x2160, it's tiny—basically almost unreadable. But in 1920x1080, it's totally fine. Thing is, I really prefer playing in 4096x2160 because it just looks better. I'm running it on a PC with a Nvidia 4060 Ti, connected to my TV via HDMI (yeah, I use my TV as my monitor). Just want to enjoy the game in full 4K without squinting at the menu. Any fix?

Monkey allows you to change the window font size, the window X/Y position, it's width and height and the window border offset.
All values are set in monkey_configuration.xml, specifically:
<FontSize>0</FontSize>
<WindowX>1</WindowX>
<WindowY>1</WindowY>
<WindowWidth>360</WindowWidth>
<WindowHeight>640</WindowHeight>
<WindowBorderOffset>10</WindowBorderOffset>
Please consult the readme.txt which has instructions on how this works.
Note that those are not commonly used features. PM me if there are bugs as I don't have access to screens of that resolution.

If I'm not mistaken, initial girls can be anything and only start to follow ratings in future phases, so profile is really only a guide for the auto-rating system, but you need to fine tune it to get it closer to what you want. In your case above, the character generator gave you one gene that matches your profile and your job is to rate that a 10 to keep in for the future. I think somebody mentioned that we should expect to discard a few dozen before we start to get keepers, unless you get really lucky.
