The TValleSMAJob is just a type that PhotoshootJob inherits from. As you say this basically makes it impossible to have more than 2 women hired. Its even a struggle with two if their salaries are on the higher side

This is sort of true, some even claim it is bugged or broken. I did some testing yesterday and here is what I found:
You still canget a blowjob from any random model, not only your hired and trained models. Raising a models level to unlock facial expressions is a way to get her to open her mouth, as other members already found out.
Another factor is the type of campaign you run. The cheapest option mostly results in amateurs not willing to strip or perform sexual acts unless you fill the green bar fully. Good luck with that without using monkey to make her cum many times.
With the middle option you get some amateurs, some professionals and mostly semi professionals. And with the most expensive campaign you get mostly professionals willing to do erotic modeling, which makes the whole process way more easy.
Once she agreed to erotic modeling you can ask her for consensual intercourse. If the "mouth" is listed in this menu that does not mean she will willingly suck you off the moment you place your cock in front of her mouth. It only means her anger meter won't fill if your cock is inside her mouth.
You have to raise her mouth's desire by putting (mostly forcing) your finger inside her mouth andfucking her mouth with your finger. From time to time remove your finger and place it in front of her mouth. If she forms an O with her leps (aka opens her mouth) without you applying force she is willing to suck. Now you only have to wip it out, align it correctly (height, angle) and she might not only let you put it in but will suck you off.

Edit: By reading the thread you could have found out that attached image files (girls and poses) are now compressed by f95zone, stripping the embedded data making them unusable by the game. Look through the last pages to find external links to bundles instead.

Played a bit more and really game balance makes no sense, even "professional" models whine and run away for the slightest reason, their reactions are excessive and absurd (like getting full anger when greeting them with "You have potential", wtf??), progression is an awful grind and making money is way harder than rl
