Yeah getting BJs from random girls is very hard cuz they dont open they mouth, but its still possible but requires alot of patience.
The hired girls give you BJs after spending some time with them by calling them multiple times to increase the relationship. One way is once you unlock the expressions is creating and saving a custom expressiom where the girl has her mouth open, then just ask her to do that expression and stick it in. The other way is after spending some time with the same girl she starts liking you more and will reach a point where she opens her mouth by herself when the dick is close to her face. But locking this behavior to hired girls only is kinda lame. The way i see it is, if you pay a girl for oral sex, this should automaticly trigger the behavior where she opens her mouth when the dick is near her face.
Oh right, had confused her initiative with the autosex BE added. I'm missing it even more now that trying to keep a manual rhythm has become impossible.
You could use a macro recorder to create your own loop for semi automated male action.

Can anyone explain to me about the cost of hiring the girls? To me it seems that the cost is so random. Some girl start as low as $100 and some start at over $1500 weekly. Is there a pattern to recognition or and factors to determine the cost when hiring?

One step forward and at least three steps back, lol.
I haven't actually hired a girl yet, because it seems more efficient to send them to other places to make money, instead of increasing expenses, but I'd assume the amount could be related to current location (street or offices) and girl rating level. Of course, considering how much of the game is randomly generated and doesn't always make sense, who knows, lol.
You may want to try Discord, which has great bug reporting and modding sections to address issues.

i make it to launch on lutris but same result as i tried it with wine : it launchs but almost entire screen is black with ugly chunks of models , changes of graphical settings does nothing i have iris xe GPU and use Manjaro
Personally, the pattern recognition seems to be the girl herself. Beauty level, sex desire+skill, exhibitionism, i'd think pretty much everything influences their weekly price, however idk how exactly it works, what does the AI think is more worth ? Most ridiculous prices i've seen were girls that were pretty and had alright scores in other ways, but i've also seen girls not too good that still asked for way more than they're worth... I'm not sure how you can actually hire a decent girl if they ask for $1500 weekly to make $100 quick bucks because the photoshoots do not scale on the girls ratings, this shit's ridiculous.
I have yet to try if this is pure random or not, maybe it's possible to find a girl asking for a low price which is worth but i really doubt it, especially when doing other campaigns than the first $100 one, hiring really doesn't seem very worth for now, except maybe for a quick round of sex i guess...
Maybe it is something with the intel driver. Here is working fine with a nvidia GPU.
Models come with almost lowest hole sizes for some reason, no matter what. Just remember to use monkey for that as well, and you should have no problems.
