I noticed the conflict, but wanted to speak with the dev to coordinate before changing it. I don't want to modify this multiple times.
Fortunately, you can remap all Monkey keys in /bepinex/config/Monkey/monkey_configuration.xml using a text editor. The key for orgasm is defined as:

I don't understand this game. I was able to pick out a more or less attractive type of girl, earned a lot of money, paid for sex with a girl and my penis is just flaccid! It is a bug, just use a new monkey mod ( also helps saving before each interview and then loading from main menu again - but it is okay just having monkey mod installed ).Unfortunately, it is a bug of arousal of MC, and i believe it will be fixed in the next update.
Also even dont try to take a blowjob from girl ( even if you paid her for that ) - it is also bugged and she cant take a dick in mouth... such things bro

Yeah.. I hit this bug yesterday, thought I would work around it by upgrading to next base, thus you can have two girls. It's alright for a bit but then you run into two models share the same diminishing returns as one model while sending them to photo ops. (Its like they both worked) so you end up paying double wages for limited gains.... Same bug as you just posted if you try to fire a girl when you have two models as well...
Then I saw someone boasting about selling fatty girls so I did another campaign (its my third or fourth on this save) and none of them are fatty... So frustrating, might as well roll a completely new game as well at this point in time.
Just a thought, but perhaps your ratings excludes fat girls from the pool, assuming the game still works that way and the ratings effect future prospects.
