I don't disagree that there are a lot of issues with the game, but it probably depends on what you are expecting from it. If you look at it as a sex simulator and just want to get to the action with a good looking model then the mods are the only way to go. If you look at it as a model agency simulator, dealing with money and having to rate "the good, the bad, and the ugly", this version is trying to deliver on that end. Granted, it is a frustrating grind, but you can always send any model you don't like to other agencies to make money until you get lucky or weed out the bad/ugly by taking some time to rate them properly, since it isn't totally random, just time consuming and annoying, lol. It's not unplayable, but the grind is very hard. If you know what to do almost every model can be fucked if she can at least pose. This usually gives you the white shield bar high enough to find some exploitable part of her body to caress for slowly raising the bar through orgasms. The problem is even if you know how to play correctly it takes damn long time first to get to the point you can caress something pleasurable enough without angering her and second to spend time actually grinding those orgasms. Basically the pacing is extremely slow and it's probably the biggest problem in the current version.
Bear in mind that every girl you hire can be "trained". If you hire a model that looks good but is not compliant and a real bitch, you can wear her down overtime and mold her to do whatever you want with repeated sessions.
I think one of the major issues with the current version is the additional financial limitations and having features like the single interview and cheats being under construction. The chance of getting a game-over and needing to start from scratch is a real problem and getting to the point of being able to hire somebody to train them can take an annoying long time without cheats, so the Monkey mod is currently the only realistic option for most players.
Are there any good clothing mods? Gets kinda tiring seeing the same 3 pieces of clothing over and over lol

I don't think so and that is a problem, because if you can't afford to maintain the current office it will become a game-over. Personally, we should be given the choice to down grade as well.

When you hold left click you will see small red orbs appear near areas on the clothes, if you get closer it turns green, then if you left click while it is green, it will turn blue indicating you are holding the clothing, when you move while the orb is blue and holding left click it will pull the clothes down exposing the body.
