Indeed, the latinas are tricky. I think the hair is a big part of it, I did some testing on some models a while back and changing the hair would drop the latino race.

• Finger strength has been reduced significantly. Now it feels much more realistic when caressing her boobs with the fingers.

• Humping strength reduced by half. (When the male and female bodies collide, the female body will now feel heavier — I think this makes it more realistic.)

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where male pleasure and disgust values could decrease over in-game time into negative numbers (e.g., -3600). A pleasure value that low made it almost impossible to get an erection (requires around 30 pleasure) and nearly immune to cumming.
• Fixed a bug where the game was loading the wrong office geometry — the last office was loading instead of the intended “no windows” office.

During the shoot, press tab. It tells you on the top right the photos needed and how many.

Get her to pose on all fours usually helps for some of the needed poses. You will need her to undress as well.

When done, conclude the shoot in the menu.

Keep doing shoots and eventually elements unlock to do new things. You will get messages about it and a drop down option will appear where you select a model for the shoot so set which type of shoot it will be.

Make sure she is not tired, just let models rest if there over 40 or 50 percent fatigued or they might not be willing to do much.

Found it pretty easy tbh and fun.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where, when bribing her for oral sex, sometimes nothing happened when clicking the option (no dialogue started).
• Now, when she is bribed, she will properly open her mouth.
• Fixed a problem where, if there was no desire for oral sex, she might stare into nowhere or look directly at the camera. This behavior was not intended, and now it’s much less likely to happen.
• During oral sex, her mouth target was not optimal. Changed it from the base of the penis to the male skin surface where the penis attaches. Looks much better now.

Known Issues

• Because the skin tone threshold for male characters is set at 70% dark vs 30% light, the game is currently generating a lot more dark-skinned men. This is the same problem that happened with female models a long time ago.
• After many interviews, the male’s disgust value keeps increasing more and more. This can’t be reproduced with save games (since saving/loading resets it). If anyone has more clues about how it happens (for example, interviewing lots of models and cumming a lot? ), please share them — I’ll read any hints you send.
• In the Spa job, huge dicks can sometimes get stuck between the male player’s legs.

When doing the lowest cost campaign the models can sometimes be hired for a very low price, for example I have a very nice looking model with low favorability requirements and an easy way to make her cum with her arms for only 80 a week salary and 24% commision. Sometimes they come as cheap as that, sometimes they ask for 1k+, which comes to 500+ after the negotiations.

It's just the way it is, don't expect any logic or common sense from this dev, remember it's a game where a girl can cum immediately on cooldown and still be angry you are not fucking her fast and hard enough and can be stripped one clothing piece a time to be fully naked while refusing to change into any decent full saved outfit because it would expose her eyelids despite having them exposed all the time anyway. You just have to accept the fact that the game has amazing body and physics system and atrocious, idiotic gameplay at the same time.

And if you don't want to fight the bullshit gameplay ideas you can always use the cheat tool, make your own restrictions to not cheat too much and ignore all the stupid things. For example let yourself cheat the money to offset the unrealistic salary demands.
