for anyone who may not know about the Finger rotation (#2 shortcut keybind) can randomly spin all the way around issue for me on a 4k 60hz monitor i fixed it by setting the hz below 59 or at 30hz for be i chose the setting of 30 or below for now its a small issue ive found a fix for in the change log for 0.21.1 in known issues text file it says on the 3rd line this (-Finger rotation can randomly spin all the way around. This bug is very hard to reproduce (likely frame-time related).) ive found this is likely indeed frame time related also change it to just full screen not exclusive full screen it helped for me just for tabbing out also for those with higher refresh rate monitors you most likely need to change your refresh rate untill the dev fixes this bug its not that big of a deal but if you would like to use the finger action in this case it could be also related to the 1% lows for frame timing in my case its fine but still happens anything below 59 should work if you want to change the hz for me i fixed it with chaning it to 30 or 29 hope this helps any hz monitor is fine but for some of the biugs in the game its likely frame time related not all of them but some of the game breaking ones can or might be fixed by chaning the hz setting (this setting is located under graphics when you hit the esc key this setting is named exclusive full screen refresh rate) this fix ive found may not work for everyone but it should hopefully all this makes sense let me know if it works for you this is not related but yes the monkey mod still works for any game ver above v21 cheers
update: ive found it does work but you have to change to change your settings back to 30hz or under everytime you boot the game it could just be me but ive fixed it by resetting the hz everytime i restart the game or after a computer restart just a note in case someone finds this as well like i said just reset what works for you after a game or pc restart (for me its 30hz or below) just a side note this does fix it but the lights flash you might need to get the monkey mod or change the settings so the light flashing is not as bad ( it only flashes when the finger keybind #2 moves )
