I was able to find out how to change a models personality.
First you go to NPC and find them within the 2nd column, then you need to put this into the Personalidad section "6a030c29-0b82-456e-87b7-c04af922747e" this was able to change the model's answer into accepting the more money option.
I don't know if it works for other people's games but it worked for me.
Is there a way to sluttify and only raise vag. Desire? It seems like increasing desire only from a vanilla model will lead to them refusing to "get on top" but sluttify button will lock them into reverse cowgirl.

For example: if you need 2 shot from her private area take the first in bend forward pose. If not let you take the second, then order her to get on all fours and try again. Most of the time this complete the objective. I meant this combo.
I don't believe the timers can be disabled without changing the actual game code.
You can however change the duration of each phases if you want.
Since everyone has special requests for things they would like, I designed Monkey to be an extensible framework, where you can add your own UI controls. You can read more about this in the JSON quick guide.
This is a perfect example on how you can add this functionality yourself. It does require some efforts, but once you learn how to do this, you can customize the game to your liking.
Normally you'd have to use an editor like Unity Explorer or Runtime Editor to find the values you want to control. This often requires a steep learning curve and is the most time consuming part. I'll save you the trouble and tell you that the gameobject is "SpaJobMap" and the component "SpaJob". You can adjust any of the following members - this is what the game uses by default:

With this, you should be able to write your own JSON mod, and control the time allocated for each phase.

Yeah, make sure if the option required underwear then leave on her because if you strip her down you cannot complete without it, no matter if the angle of shoot is right. I expected if you change they clootces sometimes they behavior is changing too, like didn't want undress. So the best advice is do the easy shots first as required to be clotched, after that go to the hardest ones. Bonus options most of the time are out of her limits and harm her development if you try complete aggressively. Anger or flustrated models gets negate stats after the shot, not too many but after the time they wont act like before (like not strip clotches what stripped before, etc)
And the things are good to know about traits and interests (I share my thoughs here because I find this somewhat related with it, and helpful for others):
- girls without any modeling interests: most likely deny posing (means render them useless to hire and being difficult to dispatch to the advanced agencies)
- girls with 'Modeling' interests: do posing in full clothes (max stars in shooting: *)
- girls with 'Bikini Modeling' interests: never strip they lower underwear (thong, etc) off (max stars in shooting: **)
- girls with 'Erotic Modeling' interests: can be strip to naked and pose anyting (max stars in shooting *** and if have at least 'Girlfriend services (softcore) too can reach the **** )
I know a little about the other sexual interest (services) but I append my experiences below:
- no interest means basically no touching and anything above
- Companion(sub*): maybe limited to the player (?), limited intimacy
- Girlfriend(sub*): same as above but maybe not limited to the player (or exclusively with player?)
- Escort(sub*): I think this isn't limited at all (and maybe gets a role in the more developed game version)
*The subratings seems describes the reachable sexual level (if exist, if not exist I don't know yet):
- 'non-sexual': self explanatory (isn't worth try with anything what count as sexual service)
- 'softcore': can reach blowjobs or handjobs (?)
- 'explicit': can reach all sexual service (means the girl is fckable at a point)
So the conclusion is the best exploitable interest types are the 'Erotic Modeling' with the 'Escort services(explicit)'.
Girs also have own personalities and other traits which can boost or ruin they usabilites.
I don't know this traits can be developed without mods but if someone already know please share the answer.

First of all, If you get on the left Bed and cannot move, its not a bug per say, its just a bit daft the dev has not put any dialogue about which bed you need to get onto. If you get onto the left bed, press Tab and Conclude the event. Just dont do it again.
The left bed gets automatically used, when you progress after using the right side bed. So its all auto....
