Just use Cheat Engine. It's a simple 4-byte value. You can also modify the Monkey JSON to set your money as a one-time fix and revert it later.
Thora has kindly included a json editing guide inside the Monkey folder

Brain too smooth to mess with cheat engine. I did try changing the amout of money the slide give editing the JSON but did it wrong since nothing changed

Couldn't post the json, but should be fine if you just change the tag back to .json from .txt (oh yeah, it goes in ...BepInEx\config\Monkey\Mods)
Added .json zip'd(forgot that was a thing)

I'd definitely consider CE the "easy" way, but editing the json is simple too.

You've got a couple options here. You can either just set the slider's Max value to whatever amount you actually want (and then slide it in-game, of course), OR, do the following

Replace
"Type": "Slider",
"Level": 2,
"Min": 0,
"Max": 1000000,

With this:

"Type": "Toggle",
"Level": 2,
"Value": 8000,

Value above is whatever you want, and NOT in quotes. Keep in mind if you leave it like this it'll reset to that number at least at every startup.

You have to hire the model and then use them for in-house interviews and dispatches (spa/photography). They will slowly level up this way.
Saves don't really work like that; it seems model levels are saved to your profile and not the model file.

There is a save editor (linked on main page) you can use to change levels, but it will take some getting used to. You can also use Monkey after hiring to max out all your models' exp and requirements, this is the fastest and easiest way to unlock everything.
For Monkey, the option is under Agency > Hired Models.

Sorry for the later reply, but man this game is a slow fest, the idea is good and the girls / physics are amazing, but the progression is really slow.
Hope the creator improves it or make it easier to lvl up, even with the monkey mod it's still slow, better but still slow Xd.

That's what I did, changed it to some amount and then went ingame and used the slider but it gave the same amount of money as before

Yup, it takes forever to find a girl willing to do anything. The new fear bar make everything even worse since minor unwanted touch make them fear you and anger rises too. Yeah it's realistic but i don't want to play real life and spend 45687 interviews to fuck someone. The game should throw some horny/willing models more.

And that's ot even counting the money, it's hard to find a willing girl, then you have to send her to the correct agency to gain barely any money. I still don't want to cheat anything other than some minor boost in money but i know it will take forever to be an enjoyable experience.

I don't like the new recruiting system. I feel like there's less variation.
Back in older pre 20.0.0 versions you would have to work till you get better looking models, but once you did. You would have very unique and random looking models that would nonetheless pertain to what you wanted.
Now you lost the grind and the scoring system has been streamlined, but that's also exactly what went wrong with the game IMO.

But you're forced to use an auto score profile, sure you can change the scores, but the game will still aim to give you what you set the profile to look like. Not to mention that only a basic version of the profile editor is available in the game and you can't customize characters like you could in v10.0.0's. I just find the whole process easier.

This game needs a lot of polish before the new system works, most importantly better customization in profile editor and bringing back the feature that let us change clothes/body of saved models.

Apparently I forgot or the fault is in the latest changes. But I take back my words about the fact that the game is now playable.

I've only used my models, which I've had since version 20.1. Now I've tried to hire a new model and started training. The good news is that I've figured out how everything works a little better. The bad news is that the difficulty is bordering on insanity. I'm a pervert and I like all this challenging gameplay, but how many times you have to repeat the same actions is crazy.

Earlier (in version 20.1), I trained the models and judged the situation with the game by them, and they seem to be a little broken, but with the latest patches, something has changed. There used to be a lot of broken things, including things that made training easier. Now the developer has fixed a lot, but unfortunately now the training is really long and tedious. NOT COMPLICATED! AND LONG AND TEDIOUS ONES!

Now I'll explain a few things that I noticed. If I'm wrong about something, please correct me.:
