Uhh maybe its because having a small disproportionate head is unrealistic, and anime looks are unrealistic? lol

It turns out the 'very small' head is part of the milkypear body type. Starting to regret including that in the profile.

I found a list of face type traits in the code:

and after manually setting them all in the models, they wouldn't evaluate higher than 2.0 for 'anime'. Probably because the category requires minimizing every other ethnic morphset, but there's so much overlap that I doubt a pure 4.0 example could be achieved.
