Cobbled together a Monkey mod that lets you adjust the all the favorability requirements for striping and what not. It also maxes out the Models preference for MC's appearance. Tho I might be missing something there since it doesn't always give the full bonus when the interview starts.

does this cause any bugs per chance? or any permanent damage to a model? (relationship wise)

Those options are currently only for models you have hired. For them, just keep sending them to the corresponding job and do as many objectives as you can and don't annoy the models to the point of leaving.

How do you increase the Aura Favorability Gain from in-house sessions? Most other stats + aura stats are improving but Favorability Gain is at 0.99x after each session even though they are very successful (full consent, many finishes, allowing everything).

Also, Would somebody be able to hook me up with access to the Discord? I used to be a patron way back when the updates were monthly/on time. Current link is expired.

I don't think so. At least nothing has gone weird for me. It just changes the consent requirement for the models but that's it, doesn't change their personality or how much rage/pain/pleasure they get from interactions.

I can't seem to be able to select any res above 1080p, is that the max for this game? (my monitor is 2560-1440). I tried disconnecting my other 1080p monitor, restarting system, looked for an .ini to manually change res, but couldn't find the right one/don't know where to look.

Any ideas?

Select the right refresh rate first, then your resolution should show up (don't know why it works like that), I'm on 1440.
