Still in a relationship? they never confirmed they were since she wasn't ready for the relationship.
Well, I don't specifically recall the specifics of the ending where the MC is with Kim, but in general the selected LI is together with this MC at the beginning of the next game.

Again though, it's just a brief appearance. They play absolutely no part in the rest of that game.

Download it and play the beginning. You'll see what I'm talking about. Besides, the newer game is generally considered to be much better than this one.

Just wish they did another time skip after how it ended and them being home and moved in together saying they love eachother, since to even get all her points you have to turn all her sex down. I only saw that one image in the ending since I didn't do anything with anyone else since it's not a harem game. Was fine until how they ended.

Just took this game yesterday, and I should say that despite the story being good so far, I am struggling going forward. The thing that is bothering me the most, is that sometimes the scenes look like are being viewed through a fish-eye lens. The models head and/or face looks disturbingly big and that puts me off. The game started quite slow IMO but surprisingly the MC had already two LIs quite falling for him from the start which is already quasi cliche on these AVNs therefore, I am still on the fence whether to continue or not.
Another thing that maybe is putting me off is that I cannot quite identify with the MC. This might sound surprising to some but as the MC since to be a black person (or mixed, IDK) I find it difficult to put myself in his shoes. Silly but I think that is also a factor. BTW, for me this is the first time I see an MC that is not caucasian (or Asian).

Playing the Dev's other VN (haven't done this one - might have to be my next download), and it has been visually spot on so far.

Basically, you're near the beginning of a VN that is the Dev's first that was done when everyone was really starting to get into this and figure out "camera angles", posing, etc., in this emerging medium. Based on the listing date, probably was something he picked up doing to pass time during the scamdemic and was learning.

When it comes to a first VN, I'll give a lot of grace to the early chapters and watch the progress. If there isn't any, that's one thing, but based on his current title, I'd expect that you'll see improvement as you go.

Finally downloaded and started this one. Wish the mod hadn't unlocked all of the gallery scenes without asking me.

This is a little OCD, but I went to kemono and looked back at special renders/releases, and I'm having trouble identifying a couple of the girls in them that are associated with "The Author" and aren't just random ring girls or such from "Unbroken".

Oh no. Pitting girl against girl in the first major decision, and getting more points for denying a girl the sex she asked for than for letting her have what she requested. Wonderful...

Finished up with the general play through, but, looking at the image files, there was apparently a Kim sex scene written as an option for the "Final Confession" scene (based on file names) after she's released from the hospital. It looks like it was supposed to be triggered by one of the responses, but maybe the Dev decided against it. It isn't listed in the gallery, either.

Was there a way to trigger this or not? URM didn't indicate any kind of decision tree associated with what would have been the triggering response, so I'm guessing it was a "nah, not gonna do that" decision by the deve, but without the renders being removed. Also played the "post scripts" for each ending and nothing is there, either.

Curious as to whether anyone else found anything about this and what happened with it.

You mean this one?
It's in the Kim ending. But only that one image.

Otherwisewe the filename(s) would be needed to check it

No. I got that in the Kim ending.

What I'm talking about is the scene in the evening after she gets out of the hospital and talks about all the stuff she did prior to going in - her "amends" discussion, which is sort of "12 step" concept, but done in this instance because she DIDN'T take her drugs for her bipolar disorder. After she talks, you get three choices to respond:

As is my habit, before moving the VN off to my external, I took a look at the image files to see if it appeared I missed anything of interest - an Easter egg scene, a cache of "selfies" or special renders, etc. - and I saw renders for an extension to the scene, apparently intended to trigger with the first response.

So, it appears that a scene had been seriously contemplated, and possibly even included in a beta version, but it wasn't actually included in the version we have available. I had a several different paths where I could choose a Kim ending, as well as a few paths that led to this scene, and none of them seemed to have a trigger for this. So I suspect the Dev decided that having that scene would be inconsistent with Kim's healing process, and kept it out of the final version.

I was just looking for any confirmation of that supposition. Nothing in this thread, and I'm not on Discord - and even if I was, a discussion for something this long ago would be unlikely to be easily found. So, thought I'd ask and see if anyone had a memory of what might have happened with this was in the live development phase way back when.
