I doubt it. Makes more sense for all the starfire art to be done before being worked on/exported etc.

alright its almost that time by the end of this month or the beginning of march we should have a new update will gunsmoke finish the amazon event or will a bunch of girls bordello content be finished going by the streams GS is hopefully planning a mass bordello release in the future

You need to be on the city screen to use this.

Nope, and AFAIK there's no plan for making an android version.
