So far, I haven't seen any comic game with this quality of art. Rogue evolution matches the cartoon but the art style is dull in comparison to dcau.




One problem for marvel games is Marvel doesn't have a large cohesive animated universe besides Earth's mightiest heroes but no artist has been able to even closely replicate that style. So unless the artist comes up with an original art style there's really no chance for strong compettition

For dc, the best option would be to replicate the young justice style, but again no one has done so perfectly

Could do a Marvel game and just do it in Timm's style.

Sunset has outsourced coding before, the problem is that the coders he finds don't seem to keep their promises (locke)



Maybe the coders in the thread could reach out to him and offer to help tidy up his code

lol Maybe I'm old school pirate but I think the DEV, as the one that is laying and misleading his community time and time again should care and "reach out" for help Not the other way around.

You really expect that random programmers here should care more then him to change the way he is developing the game? They should care more then person responsible for development, who have time to do it (it is his full-time job) and have serious money from it?

I'm not against reaching for help in any way. I also understand if someone will help him, even for free. But Man - should community really care more for this project then DEV?

The main problem with all this going on is that GSG have made something people didn't even know they wanted until it came about, and then it blew up. Then they made promises (aka deadlines) that they didn't deliver on. It's an awesome game and doesn't deserve as much vitriol as it's getting, but no vitriol at all is impossible to ask for because they've basically pulled a No Mans Sky, just have to hope that it follows the No Mans Sky trend of "Getting better over time once they stop making promises and deadlines they can't deliver."

It's a bug. Sadly it is only vixen and Artemis that have alternate costumes

Following the game makes me feel like a clown, I can only imagine how people who currently support sunset feel

Considering the quality of the art, the content, and the current state of the game, im more than happy to support him, just consider how much content has been added since he launched it, and the fact that its miles ahead of most other games on this site, exept maybe a few like summertime saga and four elements, which has been in development even longer. You guys complained about bugs in the latest versions, so he takes more time to finish this one, and then complains when it gets delayed. *Shrug*

It's that nothing is said about them, and the creator says things like "testing begins!", no news is given, then months later after no updates to the game itself are given the dev says "alright, testing begins!" once again. Then doesn't give any reasons as to why. It causes frustrations and doubts due to such a thing. Even more so when people ask questions about it and said questions are met with condescending answers or "the people on Patreon/Discord didn't have this kind of attitude!"
