a 2010 comment if i've seen one. even has the word "hipster"
does this childish mac vs pc bullshit still happen?
I see no reason why it wouldn't happen as it's just as true as it was back in 2010 if not more.
What is really surprising here is that after all of those years people are
still buying apple products even though one google search is often all it takes to get redpilled when by some miracle you even happen to have any doubts to begin with at this point.
I mean let's be honest, which is overall better, pc or mac, that's not even a question, everyone sensible knows the right answer so I guess we can call this "issue" a bullshit when looking at it like this.
Not to mention all of the widespread drama that is being created every time apple comes up with something to purely milk their customers like the need to buy a standalone adapter to be able to connect your earphones to your smartphone.
When someone decides to buy apple shit at this point, that person is either:
- generally painfully ignorant about digital technology
- for some reason is a blind apple's fanboy
- wants to show off his/her social status
- wants to feel special
- has too much money so doesn't care how he/she spends it
- falls for the marketing
Often all of the above.
Marketing, especially when it involves ego play, works wonders.
