Yea, it's the business suit. Set Superwoman as your henchwoman and then go to the office.

That's because lots of people (like me) have no idea who they are and that makes them a lower priority.

Considering this game is based in DCAU, I'm surprised you don't know, but stranger things have happened. I do recommend the show, it's a great sequel series.
