What, you were expecting SR7 to actually put in real work? A few years ago he literally forgot to put content into one of the bordello scenes. I don't recall who the character was but the dialogue was there, the background was there, the literal shadows for the characters were there... but the characters were nowhere to be seen and it remained this way for a couple updates. SR7 is staggeringly incompetent.

Works fine for me. Probably best to reinstall the game and rerun the registry save file

We would if he updated every month. He updates every 2 months and if sometimes the game update is delayed. I think 17K is more than enough

For the last several patches, I've been unable to run the game at all. I get an "Access Violation" memory error.

d3d11.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module d3d11.dll at 0033:4e612e17.

Any easy way to fix?
