Mishanya I appreciate the tone shift, and it will be easier to have constructive dialogue. I'm still confused about a few of your statements, as they don't reflect the factual reality. Again it's important that we both understand the facts so we can begin to address your concerns. I still think your frustration is beyond what we can fix, and it's unfortunate.
You mention art, what aspect of the art must be fixed to make you happy? You previously mentioned Gotham, and going back to old art style. But I built on that context. The art complaint has always been an issue. Cell content it was same body different head. So again if we go back to that old art style, that complaint remains.
With regards to scheduling, what is your issue? I addressed this in my previous response to you, and built on your story. The longest delay in our company history was 14 days. Prior to that it was 11 days. That is with over 100 releases. So what about scheduling can we improve?
Amount of investment vs visible returns, seems very constructive, but I feel it's just masquerading as milking. We don't decide the amount of money people support us with, we just make stuff. Prior to our change in timelines you could get the update as a continuous Patron for only $6.00. If you decided to unsubscribe in between you could get the update for $5.00, and recently we sold the post for $7.00. Just to build context, SR7 commission price back in 2016 was $150-$200/portrait, and a complex scene with bg's could be $400. He had wait lists. So for $5.00 I don't understand the level of visible returns you would like. Can you give me a tangible number of "visible returns" and YOUR investment you would see appropriate?
Lastly I asked you before, and you have not provided any example of our excuses, especially "overworked". Can you please point to these so we can address them.
