It's because the original Yacht event was the most popular thing they've done so they're attempting to recreate that magic. Sadly, as you've said, it's March and they're just barely going to be finishing a Halloween update. I'm crossing my fingers that they're just trolling and have actually used these past 4 months to develop something else..
If i remember correctly if u have Galatea as henchwomen you do. I think I also got a scene with Audrey and Wonderwomen.Which i didnt knwo was there until the other day.
