I have this same bug with Wonder Woman, even with putting my henchwoman as superwoman, it's just bugged out on lasso.
There is no other action outside talk and lasso.
The fundamentals of a game are there, but they haven't been touched in like five years.
Kinda the reason people dug Vixen was because she was a curveball to said formula and the PR removes that aspect entirely. Beep boop sexbots is all it is.No she is not a brain dead airhead. Starfire is often depicted as being a little naive about human culture and sometimes too trusting, but for the most part she simply plays the role of the friendly foreigner. Her usual depiction, when not suffering New 52 character assassination, is more akin to a friendlier and sometimes flirty Wonder Woman. Which is to say she's a very nice person, but if you step to her wrong she'll melt your face.
The PR content is because, for a lot of the popular girls, the cell content is not fleshed out. PR content for BC, WW, Zatanna etc will definitely keep people happy until their cell gets finished. And it is a simpler implementation than the cell content or events. There is no story there, nor a lot of dialogue.I'm fine with and actually suggested before that the Bordello be shelved for a bit. Outside of the gangbangs the PR stuff is just watered down cell content. People complain already that the cells are starting to get too formulaic with "You won't get away with this, Luthor!" to "Put it in my ass, Daddy!" within a week.
I'm just surprised with what was shown and teased with streams over the last several months how little of that made it in but the Lobo stuff was expedited. There was a bunch of chirping about them doing old characters like Canary, Huntress, Zatanna and none of them got anything implemented this year, HQ was a welcome surpise though. Obviously this was sidelined by the Kasnia event but they are still adding stuff STILL to the yacht and Halloween events. But this one is more restrictive than just throwing in Queen Bee to both of the former for the lulz. Besides a pretty obvious bit of having both audreys eventually to bone at once what's there to do with all of that event? The 3 security thots although I wouldn't doubt The Penguin's hoes get more before them on another yacht update. What's the endgame for Kasnia?

Start of game is real slow. Best thing to do (if you are not using the cheats menu) is to place your captured hero in the glammer slam to make you some money always replace her in spot each night to gain the most money for her for the night. you will gain tala and mercy as starter criminals while you can use them. I wouldn't recommend using them together but by themselves as secondary for whoever you can get as main on the heist. about a week after start you have a run in with joker who wants you to get him his joker chems. After you do the heist for him you get harley within a couple of day's. As soon as you get the money together to capture the other 2 beginning sups you want to start upgrading the glammer slam. The game basically follows a set of things happening in a row just remember to visit each place at least once a day.
