You know I think people should make their own DC Adult game, there isnt enough of them around. People with game dev experience should use this as inspiration and make their own DC Adult Games.

Half the reason they getting away with making this game is that DC/Whoever Owns DC Now has been shitting the bed for like 10-15 years now, and has bigger fish to fry than trying to pursue a lawsuit for dev's peanuts. Patreon got way deeper pockets, but they are at least still currently legally protected by Section 230.

They still got hit with some sort of cease-and-desist in like 2018 though, since had to change name from "Injustice Unlimited" to what it is now; most likely due to Google search. But since Patreon hasn't demonetized by now, prolly won't ever until some major change.

Possibly, although I think Hardcorn doing it more to prove Gunsmoke Games is full of shit than as some sort of inspiration. Still, you'd have to ask him.

You need to advance through both of their individual lines and have Mercy as Henchwoman. If it's taking a while, don't worry. It took me ages to get the first scene because of the order I played in and how progressions with Mercy after locked behind other advancements. Also, make sure to go to Lois' room before interacting with Mercy in a day.

Jokes aside and to play Devil's Advocate again for a second, since there's no name on the update provided by TheFappening22 and I can't find where it was originally posted to, I'm guessing the person behind the post is the same individual using the GSG account to leave reactions on posts here, and if anything this helps back-up the politically-worded message that right hand hasn't been talking to left on the latest update and Mr. GSG there genuinely thought your estimated release was accurate.

Without throwing shade at any individual involved in the project in particular, this doesn't excuse the obvious incompetence happening somewhere, but from experience I know how difficult to be to communicate with someone living in the same house as you, let alone a co-worker who's changing details and plans on a whim and not bothering to update anyone else on the team. Hopefully this "new system" involves significantly more granular periodic internal updates so the mouthpiece of the company knows whatever the hell the backend is doing and will be able to give more accurate information to the public going forward. That said, I won't be holding my breath for a release date seeing how SR7 is operating and would encourage anyone in this forum who's backing the patreon to at least strongly reconsider their on-going support; maybe a lower month-to-month bottomline will encourage productivity.

I can already guess the reaction this post is going to get from GSG, as well as which emoji I think the individual would like to put given the position they've been put in over this.
