Kasnia is terrible. And makes no sense. Still can't do anything with the real Audrey who I have in a cell but can go to Kasnia and do stuff with the clone I gave Savage? Ok.... that makes total sense!

I remember when the Audrey clone stuff was first added there was no option. Lex just picked to give the original to Savage. He seemed to change it due to the response on the discord.

I'm curious to know how many people actually pirate this game. Before the release window was over, it was just the same group of people posting here. Now, after we have past the release window, like 60+ users I have never seen before popped up to complain

Less than 1 in a 100 regular players (probably a lot a less) are patrons. So with the 3K payers there's going to be like 297K people not paying.

November 2020 (2740) - (Last build release)
December 2020 (2782)
January 2021 (3084) (possibility in anticipation of the build coming out?)
Feb 2021 (2706)

This might be a sign that 76 (or less) patrons got annoyed at the delays and unsubbed. Which means they potentially lost $456/minus tax/patron take etc ($6 on average per Patron) due to the delay in Feb.

That being said Patrons are back to 3072 (help from teasers) which is a loss 12 Patrons (which usually is an increase of at least say 18) which means they lost about 40 regulars there (minimum) $240.

So after looking at that the delays aren't impacting stuff too much (biggest negative financially for them in about 2 years) but it has limited their growth somewhat. There are knock on effects of stuff like delays, stagnates growth etc. For example if they never had delays they may be even at 3.6K patrons due to lots of little things adding together (extra awareness due to regular releases/trusted word.)

It's kinda hard to say. It could have more traditional concubine stuff with Lex tech there. I imagine a lot of it would designed for Lex to really like it there.

I'm quite curious how this game was built, how is it you need to test all these scenes for weeks when its literally just another bunch of cell scenes that have existed with other characters since kingdom come, at this point they should just stop and move to the rework and we'd still get content in the same timeframe

It's drag and drop, almost database type way of doing things but it's made on a early version that makes connections easy to break. Think Microsoft Access from several years ago.

He talked about that in the Discord recently - apparently Patreon fees, transfer fees, and Canadian taxes eat up more than half that amount. According to him, bringing on a professional coder would pretty much wipe out what's left after that (and would add more taxes and such). Seems like that's a really high tax rate to me, but maybe Canada hates Patreon or something.

Looking at Patron he gets about Canadian $209,624 (Which is the 2nd highest 46.62% tax bracket) with other stuff he's doing he may be at the highest at 50.40%. Patreon/Fees is about 8% on top of that. So it can be easily seen that he takes less than half of what you see on the Patreon page. So 100K Canadian annually across two people. That being said I think he's changed to a corporate tax this year which should be lower.

It's what happens when your work hours are 2 hours per day.

Cause yeah, please explain to me how any game like this takes WEEKS to bug test? When the new content literally has no effect on existing content and is really just a re-iteration of previous content but with different pictures/text? Like, you gotta actually TRY to build in bugs for something that is so VN-like.

So yea, only explanation that makes sense to me is that the developer is on vacation for 6 days of the week.

And half of the work day is spent making teaser posts + engagement on discord kek
