maybe SR7 should do some major bug fixes so that we don't have to jump through hoops to unlock certain things in the game, or was it his plan all along for people to cheat in order to get Circe, if you start a new game the stuff in this game should be accessible no matter how you play it.
also... how do you download a save file?

Then download for the previous version and you only have play through the most recent one to get up to date.
That's what I did when my Windows had to be totally updated.
For those of you struggling with the vial glitch like I am(/hopefully was) replace the regedit variable for audrey under vial01 with 41756472657900 (looks like 41 75 64 72 65 79 00)
If you've done it correctly in the variable it spells out Audrey . to the side

I've gone through the pages and don't see one, but does anyone have a fullsave of the currently update version that I and others can use?
Is Rebuilt dead? It hasn't been updated since the demo dropped, and Patreon page had no updates (to a point where it's still written in will catch up to SU around early 2020, when it's early 2021).

Yep. There was drama and the guy was fired. Not sure if he took his assets with him or what, but there has been no indication of getting someone to finish the work.... maybe there will be a from-scratch attempt later.
Playing on a new save because I'm using new system and Volcana still can't be hired after being broken out of prison. when will that bug get fixed? the notes for 2.3 say that update fixed it but clearly not since on a fresh 2.3.1 save she's still as elusive as ever
