Use hack (button C) on the main page (City) circe's content is bugged .

Not that I am aware of. You only have a limited amount of "time" (interactions) before the event ends, so unless it gets incorporated later on via mod or the devs, it shouldn't be possible as far as I know.

I don't know if this is a question that can really be answered. Unless GSG had a poll or something in terms of popularity of the characters, I see it as a "who's your personal favorite" kind of thing. I personally like blondes like Black Canary, but that's just my personal taste with this game.

Hi, I'm having an issue unlocking the star saphire stuff, I have hired her but her portrait is greyed out so I cannot assign her to Lex's room. I also cannot put her on heists so i think its some kind of bug. I don't suppose anybody knows how to fix this?
