Ah must of been using a different mod then the sob24_eng one. Saves are probably burnt then, I don't even keep saves myself.

I'd just make a new game. If you remember where you were last, you can just use the CCE version and speed to where you were with everyone. Typically what I do.

Are you using an old save by any chance? Because I've done it multiple times on my end, most recently last night and it was working.
I stopped playing this game because every time a new version came out I had to start a new game. New characters didn't appear in the "chars" section and some errors.
Does the "save updater" option fix this problem?

It should if you were using the sob24_eng_cheat QSP before. Any other mod isn't supported and you'd have to start a new game for this release, however if you keep using this release then your saves will be compatible for future releases. It's mainly a Save Updater for the Translation project.

I am getting the error "Location not found." when trying to access kates char through the cheats, even though I have access to them in game, I think it is a result of a glitch because the char in the book still has a ? but i can click and see the stats (depravity etc.) although because of this issue I can't seem to progress at all.

Are you coming from an old save? You'll probably have to try the save updater, if you already have then you'll have to start a new game more then likely since it would be from a different qsp to this one. Since Kate is actually named Katya in this qsp.
For everyone else, there's a new release mostly translations. Couple of fixes but yeah, think I get all the names then a ton more pop up go figure.

There's no real reason to skip out on playing the game because you have to start over if you're playing with a cheat QSP. If you have even a tiny idea of what you're doing, you can unlock all the content from the previous version for each character in no more than maybe ten minutes of farting around with vars and stats. It's really not that hard.
In fact, some of the scenes that are only available in the early stages of certain characters are more, erm, enjoyable than the final state for that character. For example, I dig the Jodi West scenes for Mom in the early stages of her corruption more than I like the morning or night time scenes with Savanna Samson once Mom is fully sluttified.

New release, there's some added files since vicezealot put in some bonus scenes. You can turn them on or off in the cheat menus. Basically just some scenes he found that fit into the game and lots of translation updates too. Changes are in the Change log as always and instructions of vicezealot's mod files in the instructions.
