Nope not derailed, supposed to be a community project anyways. So I'll take input from where ever really. Considering how popular the game is, I'm sure there's a lot of mods people want to put into the game. Right now it's mainly just bug fixes and translations so I don't really look elsewhere while everyone else can find other stuff. I'll probably play around with it too and will be more than likely my default theme now, white is blinding at 3am.

That's fair, the biggest issue is the translation. It's gotten better but realistically it's the biggest issue. Not big, but the biggest. Changing the bootscreen, different or no boot music, themes, translating the Saveslot window into English, these are all easy enough things to do but it doesn't seem as important.
But you're right, I mostly tweaked the CSS because that white started hurting and when it's late you don't need all that brightness. I say enjoy it, if you make some creative tweaks to make it look better yet I'd like a screenshot.

CE is just the very basic cheats, CCE has the community cheats, a much wider array of cheats available. If you don't want to cheat, either works. But if you might want to cheat at some point, why not get the most extensive collection? That's the CCE.

Yes, muhmuhmoneyshot is correct. CE just has the standard Avenger cheats in there. Nothing special, still make you work a bit even for cheats. CCE is full blown cheats basically anything and everything can be cheated in some fashion or another.
Basically CE is the vanilla version of the game with better translations and CCE is cheat heaven with better translations.

You need to run the game with the Son Of A Bitch.exe in the main folder. Instead of loading the qsp in the Player.

If you're talking about the qsp included with version 0.25 from the main game thread, it's the same general storyline. This mod thread contains the most up-to-date translation improvements as well as a the cheat version (CCE).
