You must delete the old save's of the game. I hade the same problem...
"My Documents - Сохранения игр Quest Navigator". Copy the Quest Navigator mapp to another place, delete all the folders in Q.N folders, then start a new game, save the new game. Close the Son of the Bitch & paste the folders you copied before to another place.
Hope you understand what I mean ....

Might have been bad phrasing on my end. The 'invitation' is the actual decision to start a relationship with her. Without that part you dont get access to her house.

It used to be over 10 GB. Most of the video files were optimized so there is no update for this release because so much changed.
