There is no random event in the hall with a mother's blow job during sleep and, accordingly, the entire branch is blocked, how can this be fixed?

Leave her alone for a week, then on the weekend go to her room and an event will trigger with her boyfriend. Beat him up and you can now have sex with the sister.

Keep visiting until she gives you a house key, then play poker on weekends with her husband until you get a one-time lay with her when he goes broke after losing a bunch.

Could anyone help me by telling me why the game isn't working? I can't read Russian and it's a popup box so I cant google translate it 
Tried removing the start.qsp as well just to see if that was the problem but it wasnt.

This is not a simple question to answer which is why probably no one cared to answer yet:
The file with most of the actual logic is a .qsp file. You cannot read that via a regular text editor though. You can read it via opening it with the appropriate editor called QGen which also allows to export its contents into a regular text file (called txt2gam). SoB uses the so-called Navigator which means it also uses style sheets like CSS etc containing a lot of the actual formatting and special calls via the awesomnium process.

7 gigs. Whew. I've seen this game on the front pages for quite awhile, but the genre tags and descriptions don't give much away. I'm typically into corruption/blackmail titles where you play as the female...but I just have no idea what this game is about. Is it really worth the 7gb and 300+ pages of discussion? Something must be pretty good here, right? Also, is the direct upload from Mega/Nopy/etc in English or do I need one of the attachment patches?

Absolutely worth the 7gb, seeing as the last version was around 10. Male protag in this. You need one of the files in the OP to play in English.
