Some of the modded qsp files can do this. It looks like the .24 mod qsp isnt quite out yet but you'll find it on the first page when it comes out (usually)
I m using this one and it does have a flag/variable editor too, fixed a few lines with lena, phone and another 2 locations.

Even you cheat this game can be grindy as hell. Would be very surprised if someone sitting on a "full" save of 0.24. If the porn is what interest you. Just browse the assets file for the images and video files.
in fact English is not my language, and with save full it is easier to understand the unfolding of the plot.
lol its hard enough to try string together a coherent sentence and understand it when you do know English. Half the time its a guess work. Also with a full save, you will lose A LOT of scenes and events in the game. Its like just skip ahead to the money shoot in a porn flick.
first you have to meet him at your home when he comes to see your sister, then ask your sister about him, then see them kiss in your sister room several time, i'm not sure how much and only then will you meet him in the park. I'm not sure if there is a time for that it was like 1 or 2 pm for me
