There are 2 programs you can use for editing the save and the qsp file:

1) QSPSaveEditor: I think I got it from here:

You must be registered to see the links

2) Qgen: I attached below because I can't find the source where i got it from.
This last one you can use to change texts in the qsp file.

Have you progressed through Kizuna Sakura(Former Gravure Idol) 's story?
If not, go to the Police station and select Missing case.
Photo studio will be unlocked in her story.
