Your patch doesn't work, my friend. It's trying to search for what I think is a backed up completed save folder that's included with the download (my folder contains an rpgm save file for slot 20 anyway, so I assume that's what it is). Problem is, when you created the patch you made it look for the text gibberish that's generated when you use an extraction software that doesn't understand japanese text. If, like me, you extracted the folder in japanese text correctly, the patch will fail to apply because it can't find the exact folder name you have it set to look for.
See the attached screenshots to see what I mean. You'll note that I have a folder in japanese--this is the folder your patcher can't find.
You might just want to omit that specific search entirely. I have a feeling it has zero bearing on the game itself, especially if it's just a backed up save folder. All your program needs to do is convert the images specifically, right? An earlier poster on page 2 also encountered a problem where it was detecting their global save file and halting the patch also. Maybe it would be a good idea to *only* check for the images it's actually going to convert rather than all secondary files.
Failing that, maybe just upload the translated images to a zip folder directly if that's going to be an issue. Either way, thank you for working on making this game even more playable for english speakers like myself!
EDIT: For what it's worth, I unchecked the "Verify Hash" option and attempted to run the patcher again and it encountered the same problem. Upon starting the game to check the images, the images have not been converted and are still in their original japanese text.

Good to know, I always forget ppl don't use Japanese locale, so it never gives me any error with those chars, this has been fixed, the folder was removed from the patching processes.

Correct, it's quite useless. Not really convert, they must be patched with the new versions and keys. Yep, it was my carelessness there, it was 2am already and I just rushed it out xD

It does not really work this way since all the images must be patched with the new versions and keys to work, so its a ~140m download compared to the patch.

Still failing here. Looks like there was a japanese kanji file I overlooked, as it was in the center of the patched items. It's failing because of this file now:
[!] Required file for patching does not exist: "J:\downloads\Sonia\Sonia\www\img\pictures\ƒAƒ^ƒbƒNs.rpgmvp"
Based on the files in my Sonia folder, it looks like it's trying to locate this file in kanji: アタックs.rpgmvp
I guess I could rename my kanji file to the one your patcher is using, but I'm not sure if that's going to break something else in the game or not...
EDIT: I tried running your patcher in Japanese Locale as Administrator and it still failed when it got to that file. This time during the patching process itself, not the file verification process. The error was: "[!] An error occurred while applying patch-data to: "J:\downloads\Sonia\Sonia\www\img\pictures\アタックs.rpgmvp""

Now this, damn lol
Thanks for helping me debug this, It's always a mystery if everything is working for everyone. I this case, I think this might be a bug in the software and I'll report it to the dev. The latest patch version 1.2 has a work around to fix this.

Sweet, thanks man, the 1.2 version of the patch worked! Images are now in english in-game.
@monroe Perhaps you'd want to run the patch and re-upload a new version with the translated images already included so others don't have to go through the patching process.

The "both" part, one is the dev putting embedded texts, into the pictures... The other part of the "both" that, the translator doesn't want to go the extra mile to fixed the dev's 'shit'.... It's all lazy ass work I'll say, trust me... I have been into a quite a few to bunch of Discords servers about things like, VNs and whatnot's, about translators... Let's say it's one of those "TL;DR Huge Wall of Texts" of stories... That could take me over 30 days to tells you, of what I have personally heard about translators and their so called "service" to the fans/public... So I'm not gonna start about that, to try to ever finishes it as well... So yeah...
I trust that you are an arrogant ass who is complaining about some pointless combat text in a porn game. If you can progress in the game and learn about the story, that is enough. Don't be a prick and enjoy, if you are going to say something say something useful and without being a dick.
Sooooo, here it is guys, the patch I said I'd make for the missing battle and portrait translations.
Note: I had to take some liberties with the cum, since there is no alpha version of the default I had to use the only sample the game gave me.
Let me know if there is any mistake or other stuff that may need translation (not her states during sex, those are impossible for my skills)
Curiosity: It took me more time to make the patch art and tests than the editing of the game files lol
Edit1: FyeNyo and aifman7 found some bugs with the patch, thanks you for letting me know. They have all been fixed, hopefully. hehe
Edit2: Thanks again aifman7, the third time is a charm so the bug must be fixed now. lol
Please download it again if you have the previous version.
I can't believe you went out of your way and did all that work because one ungrateful twat decided to shit on hours and hours of free work. You're doing God's work my dude.

As in, while making the pictures, they added the text into them, not like they are some kind of overlay layer, that the texts themselves can be easily extracted then translated, to gives the translator a Hell of a-lot less work to do.... Also this isn't me being a "dick" as you put it, this is about a translator doing a half-assed job and not doing the full job, to show they needs to takes on the full responsibilities as a job and as a service to the community, to leads others by example, not what they just did and bitch and complained, it'll be a-lot more work, that they don't want to do.... Now that's being arrogant as fuck and not even caring at all to the community at large, nor taking on the full responsibilities, to show others how it's really done and be damn glad and proud that you did, so they can leads others by their own actions...
If I did half-assed jobs around my work and around my parents, when I was living with them, I would never ever heard the end of it at all, nor they'll let it go and down, or I would have been fired at the spot!

Damn it man, we're dudes with normal lives and work hours. If a man decides to clear the main streets in his neighborhood free of charge no one can yell at him for not handling everyone's personal driveways. Yes, translating and driving a vehicle are different kinds of work, but when the underlying purpose of allowing a community to go about their lives just a bit easier, whether that be in masturbation or moving places that they need to go, can anyone really complain if it still makes the world a better place, even if in marginal ways at the giver's own inconvenience?
Work for free and work for employment and parents are entirely different. In the former, it's literally in the name. All workers are unpaid, save for that of gratitude given from strangers that ultimately speaking are highly unlikely to change something that matters to the person doing the work in question. They also have to balance their hours with what little they get from what they do with what their actual job is. For jobs, they put in work, and they get concrete results. Salaries and employee benefits, both of which are more useful and needed than the opinions of the people who use this site. 40 hours a week for a $15 per hour wage is infinitely more lucrative than the same amount of hours on an internet project. It's not something you're doing for free, it's something that your boss is specifically paying you to do, as outlined in the contract. And according to that contract, you're expected to be a model worker, and therefore you are if you want to keep your salary.
For working for your parents, you're supposed to be out of the house by now. Grown up, someone to be proud of, and capable of taking care of them in their old age. It's not likely that they want their adult kid to be living at home, but they put up with it because it's their kid, damn it, and they're still part of the family. Now those same parents are watching their kid screw up or not do as good of a job as they could have, and look back to their own young adulthoods, and find what they need to do. They still care for their child, but at this point they realize that they should at least encourage said child in ways towards improvement differently to how they did before, even if more harsh, given that the kid, while not in a terrible position, needs some guidance towards the correct path. And so they become harsh with criticisms, and unwilling to let things go, because in their mind, how else is their child going to see their mistakes and improve if they haven't up to this point? Yes, the whole how to parent thing is debatable, but this is assuming loving, non-braindead parents here.
