And so, finally, painstakingly slugging through the n-th rerun of this game to collect all the possible scenes and outcomes, we do, indeed come to the crux of this kind of story:

How can this game be on steam ?Have they not review it? Oh and you forgot that a woman was chocked to death by a dick.

For me the game is a Pass,Story and Characters are all over the place and the violence is sexual too, well to each to their own i guess.
The game was approved by Steam because you don’t take part in any acts of violence.
You’re simply a witness to it, and it’s up to you to decide how to act . whether to help people or not.

Violence is not the theme of the game. quite the opposite.
You’ll see later on that the real theme is love.
What happens are just realistic events that could occur in a world like this.
If nothing like that ever happened, the story wouldn’t be believable.
We all know that human beings are capable of horrors, especially when they don’t have to answer to anyone.

There’s nothing exciting about it, it’s not meant to be.
It’s only there to provoke and make people think.

I created this story like a movie.
I don’t create for the sexual aspect , far from it, and at the beginning, there weren’t even any sex scenes.

Anyway, I hope you still enjoyed the story. :p

The scene you mentioned is super disturbing, I’ll give you that! :D
But you don’t take part in it. the scene is there to make you hate the character Jarred and to show that he’s a psychopathic madman.
With the little lines he says, you can tell it’s (very) dark humor.

Besides, you can choose not to watch it.
All those uncomfortable moments aren’t meant to be arousing, but only to shock you, just like in a movie.

I can take Serbian Film as an example. there’s nothing exciting about it, it’s simply made to shock, and it works.
That’s exactly what makes it such a unique film.

The version here is so far behind the latest itch.io one. Davy, you have such loyal supporters. Most devs here aren't this lucky.

Thanks for clearyfing,so witness and threats are ok as long as player do not do it themselfs.
Well that makes some storylines work better ,that i had abondond i supose (they are not to this degree) because i thought the rule changes on steam would be a problem.

Understand that Art is Art ,it simply not for me in that regard ,i thought the warning would be about Zombies and 'normal' level gore like shoting someone or zombie attacks.

If your goal is to make something disturbing you succeded.
If love is the main theme good luck with it.

Did you really play the game?

Scenes aren't disturbing at all.

Since the very first moment you realise that everything as a whole is awkward and characters are really weird about everything: they don't act like real people, but like puppets driven by a mad puppeteer and you soon realise that everything is like a surrealistic dream.

I'd add that characters' facial expressions should be more than self-explanatory, but... considering what you keep writing no matter what, I guess they aren't.

Well, updates here have always been uploaded by the Author himself. 1.41 is so not far from 1.35.

Played enough VN's so i first assume bad writing when characters behave weird, not suspect hidden motive of simulation when the demo did not hint really at it.

I will not deny that this game is pretty confusing at the beginning. There are more than a few WTF moments .
If you can get past that point, the game starts to get really interesting.
It is still confusing as hell, but you also want to know what the hell is going on here?
It is totally worth it to continue because everything just keeps getting better.
Slowly (and I really mean really slowly if you are dumb like me :D) you start to figure out what is really happening.
Just because your mind is working slowly, does not mean that there is not a whole lot going on in the story. All of it, fantastic.

Don't let negative comments get to you. Your game is not for everyone, true. But violence vice i could list a bunch of movies that are rated 16+ that exceed this game by far.

This aspect is also why i like it, it isnt the beautiful, non violent world so many avn games portray.

Looking forward to the full release, keep up the good work!
