Hey dude, i switched to EN (US international), my qwertz keyboard couldnt open the debug menu, okay i thought mybe i can open the debug menu in my setting, then switch to en and try it, didnt work, i.e. what shouldve been the backtick key didnt work even though the switch to EN (US international) was successful (i couldnt close the debug menu with the key i opened it with) any ideas?

QWERTZ means central europe/germany, right?
Unreal has had this issue since around 2015 according to the forums, but since it's a dev tool and there's a workaround present, it's not high priority. The only real solution is to contact the creator and ask him to put in support for QWERTZ/AZERTY keyboards into the next build.

That's a matter of discussion right now.
For US keyboards(actually sold in the US) it's the button above tab.
For some of the no US keboards its the second key to the left of enter above right shift.
the type the commands above using my instruction (put double quotes around the command)

The ' or " key is the debug menu.
You can access a load of other functions there.
` or ~ tilde key is a direct key to the console.
I believe the EU keyboards don't have either of these keys in the same location as the US.
Do you mean that the double quotes are required? That's strange, because I have never used the quotes, but the summon commands still work.
It should not matter where the keyboard came from. Keyboards still send the same keycodes to the computer. It's up to the way the computer (or rather your OS) how to interpret those keycodes that determines what key layout you are using. There is a difference between physical layout between US keyboards and EU keyboards, ANSI vs ISO respectively. ISO has one more key. But assuming all else is equal, the backtick key should be in the same location.

edit2: i found her she is on haloween map but it seems like player spawn point is messed cause i am immideadly falling trough floor

I have play this version from the dowload here.
this verry funny game but its have some technicall problems.
I falling very often trough the map.
the haloween area is very lagin.
I can charmed the witchgoblins in the End of this level, but i dont can sduce them, only this guy on the bonfire in the wood can i seduce.
And i dont can open the Chests, is this a bug or only in this version?
Whatever i think i waiting for the Finalversion is better.

That's odd, because it didn't work when I tried it :/
It does because the actual character isn't the same at those locations, when you change the input language the different characters switch places.
Even some keys, such as 1-0 doesn't have the same shift/ctrl/alt/alt gr types behind them either.
Some console commands/cheats:
` or ~ (Tilde/Grave key) - Opens the console
' (Apostrophe) - Toggles Debug info/HUD, pressing TAB with it open toggles the debug camera/spectator mode
Teleport - Teleports your player charecter where you cursor/middle of screen is pointing, very useful if you use the debug camera/spectator mode
Fly - Levitation, cannot control vertical movement as far as I am aware
Ghost - You can walk through walls & levitate
Walk - Disables Ghost/Fly mode
Summon "Insert_Actor_Here" - Spawns your chosen actor/enemy infront of your camera/player
Actors:
SGoblin_C : Small Goblin
WDGoblin_C : Witch Goblin
BGoblin_C : Bird Goblin
PGoblin_BP_C : Pig Goblin
Incubus_Useable_C : Futa Demon (doesn't always work, the cell w/ the original has to be loaded & initialized)

Ah, that's intersting. Looks like you need to leave the first area with the bridge for anything besides the small goblin to spawn
I'm pretty sure the latest build was a small one, and has thus not been shared here. The one found in OP is the one you should be having a look at.

im a little confused... a tiny gameworld, a few different animations and.. that´s it ?
is this another patreon-milker ? i always thought you´d need content for that shameful act.

#1, what is your PC specs
#2, when is the last time you updated your graphics card, vcredist, directx, et cetera?
I read somewhere that the crash message you received was due to an outdated nvidia driver, start there.
Otherwise just google your error message and dig through threads.
